Day 1 : Las Vegas Arrival

After arrival in Las Vegas please arrange your transfer to the Excalibur Hotel and meet the EagleRider tour team in the hotel's "Rotunda" to get information about the upcoming trip.
Day 2 : Las Vegas - Zion
Shortly after leaving Las Vegas we reach the Valley of Fire. It is Nevada's oldest and largest state park and derives its name from red sandstone formations, formed from great shifting sand dunes during the age of dinosaurs, Ancient Indian rock art or petroglyph are 3.000 year old proof of Basket Maker people and Anazasi Indians that used to inhabit this area. In the afternoon we are getting to our hotel in Zion National Park; just in time for a short hike or a relaxing dip in the pool.
Day 3 : Zion - Page
Zion National Park is located in the far southwestern corner of Utah, where the Colorado Plateau meets the mountains and valleys of the Great Basin. There is something different about Zion - unlike Grand Canyon or Bryce Canyon we are actually at the bottom of the rock formations and on perfect sweeping curves we cruise our bikes through the park at slow speed. We stop several times to take in the tremendous beauty of this park. After Zion and past herds of buffalos we're on our way through Kaibab National Forest. We are heading towards Lake Powell which is more than 400 feet deep, 150 miles long and nearly 2,000 miles of shoreline. Lake Powell surrounds you with spectacular rock canyons and towers before we arrive in Page.
Day 4 : Page - Mexican Hat
Leaving Page we can pay an optional visit to Antelope Canyon which is the most visited slot canyon in the Southwest, partly because it is easily accessible and by far the most publicised, and also since it is extremely beautiful, with just the right combination of depth, width, length, rock color and ambient light; many other slot canyons are deeper, narrower or longer, and some have rock that is even more colorful and sculptured. Through Navajoland we are riding towards Kayenta and reach the majestic Monument Valley. It seems like we can see the ghost of John Wayne riding through the valley into the sunset. Keep your eyes open for an original Hogan; an igloo like structure made of clay that even today still provides a home for some of the 13 Navajo families that still live in authentic style. Our place for the night is Mexican Hat at the San Juan river.
Day 5 : Mexican Hat - Moab
This morning we pass the Mexican Hat monument - a rock formation that looks like a Sombrero Hat – the structure looks so shaky and we wonder how much longer this rock is going to hold up there. Via Blanding and Monticello we reach Moab, THE town for great outdoor activities and western cowboy lifestyle.
Day 6 : Moab
Today is made for visiting Canyonlands or Arches National Park which is of course famous for the red arches of Entrada sandstone that occur there in great profusion. Both parks are close to each other so you will have enough time to see everything on this spare day. How about a rodeo this afternoon or maybe take control of the beast yourself and go horseback riding.
Day 7 : Moab - Torrey
As we are leaving Moab we are riding a particularly beautiful stretch of Interstate 70; a highway that runs across the USA from Interstate 15 near Cove Fort, Utah, to a Park and Ride in Baltimore, Maryland. It was the first Interstate Highway Project started in the United States. Then we drop south and cruise our bikes through Capitol Reef National Park; this road had to be made especially for motorcycles. A great day of riding ends in Torrey, where we stay overnight.
Day 8 : Torrey - Kanab
From Torrey the road leads us through the Dixie National Forest to Kanab. If time allows we can ride down to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon which is known for far fewer tourist traffic than the highly frequented South Rim. We’re staying in Kanab where many stars like Frank Sinatra, Olivia De Havilland, Gregory Peck, Dean Martin, Clint Eastwood have formerly stayed privately or on their way to a movie shoot.
Day 9 : Kanab - Las Vegas

Via side streets we’re heading back towards Las Vegas and for the last miles jump back on Interstate 15 to reach glittery Las Vegas on time. After we have (sadly) dropped off our motorcycles we get ready for our good-bye dinner and recap an amazing tour which on the spot we could start all over again right now.
Day 10 : Las Vegas Departure
Departure. We say "Good Bye" to our newly made friends and tour guides and hope to see you next year for a new adventure.
